Our Standing Order Program provides reliability, consistency, and fixed pricing throughout the year.
It’s designed for floral professionals who require regular deliveries of specific varieties or colors.

→ Advantages:
1. Pricing
Once confirmed, your prices remain fixed for the entire calendar year.
Any new varieties added later will be priced at current market rates.
2. Product Selection
Grower’s Choice Colors: Farms will send the best available varieties within your selected color range (e.g., white, blush, orange).
Specific Varieties: Reserved and supplied year-round at your agreed standing order price.
3. Order Modifications
To ensure consistency and fair farm planning:
You may modify your standing order one (1) time per calendar year, for up to 30% of your total order volume.
All modification requests must be submitted at least six (6) days before your next scheduled delivery.
No changes are allowed during major floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas).
Any additional modification requests beyond the one allowed may be considered only with management approval and are subject to availability and updated pricing.
4. Cancellations
We understand that business needs may vary:
You may cancel up to two (2) shipments per calendar year without penalty.
Cancellations must be requested at least six (6) days before the scheduled delivery date.
Permanent cancellations or variety removals must be made two (2) weeks in advance and will count as one of your two allowed cancellations.
Additional or late cancellations may affect pricing and program eligibility.
5. Delivery & Payment
Deliveries are available Monday through Friday.
Payment is processed on the day your order ships from the farm.
6. Minimum Requirements
Frequency: At least bi-weekly shipments
Quantity: Minimum 100 stems per shipment
7. Claims
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
Please include supporting photos and inform your sales representative right away so we can assist promptly.
8. Program Commitment
The Standing Order Program is built on mutual reliability and trust.
