Prices include: All applicable transportation and duties all the way from our farm to your door.
Fedex Fee per invoice (No matter how many boxes you order it will always be added only $9 per INVOICE).

CLAIMS & CREDIT POLICY

It is always our goal to ship top quality Ecuadorian product to our customers, however, we know on occasion problems may occur. Due to COVID-19 plus customs delays and freight delays, Bellevue Roses won´t accept any credits due to DELAYS. We work hard to send the roses on time and in perfect conditions, however these problems are not on our hands.
Therefore, credits due to delay problems wont be accepted.

We encourage our customers to always plan ahead every order.

Our credit policy is as follows

Please speak with your account representative regarding claim within 48  hours of receipt of product.
Include the following information when submitting your claim:

  • Customer name.
  • Invoice number and date: MANDATORY**
  • Product information- variety name, length.
  • Units claimed
  • Reason for claim (with explanation). Please be specific not just “bad”- mold, brown, botrytis, smashed etc.
  • Full credit amount of claim
  • Minimum of 3 photographs of the product. These must demonstrate the problem and the number of stems impacted. 
  • We require as follows:
  • Close up of the products
  • Larger view of the products

The Bellevue Rose Wholesale website is an e-commerce trading platform site. By using our website, you consent to give the data practices described in this statement.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Bellevue Rose Wholesale may collect personally identifiable information. If you purchase our products on our website we collect your names, billing and credit card information to complete the purchase transaction. We collect and use your personal information to operate and deliver the products you have requested. We may also use your personal information to inform you of other products available 

ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITIES

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. For technical security controls and processes we use Square Payment Processor and digital payment platform PayPal:

-  PayPal’s Information Security Policies

SALES 

-  Minimum order quantity of 100 stems. Can be mixed colors and varieties.
-  Bellevue Roses will make every effort to complete your orders as confirmed, however, it is subject to grade and variety.
-  Credits must be received within 24 hours of receipt -email notification with pictures must accompany the claim
-  Although FedEx company will always be on time, Bellevue Roses will not be responsible for logistics delays.

REFUND POLICY:

It is always our goal to give the best service and ship top quality Ecuadorian product to our customers; however, we know on occasions problems may occur.

Our REFUND Policy is as follows:

  1. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment.}
  2. Refund request must be placed within 5 days after roses have arrived at your door, with proper photographic endorsements (as claim policy shows)
  3. The default refund period is 30 days from the refund issue date. It may take less than 30 days, however this is the time frame our system works.
  4. Depending on the funding source you used to send the original payment, it may take some additional time for your refund to be processed.
    If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, please contact the issuing bank, as the money will still be refunded to your credit card account. 
    If you paid with your bank, the money is refunded to your PayPal account and then automatically transferred to your bank account. 
    If you paid using PayPal Credit, the amount is refunded to your PayPal Credit account.
    If you paid with a debit card, the amount is refunded to your debit card.
    If the refund cannot be processed to your debit card, it will be applied to your PayPal account.
    If you have a PayPal Cash account or PayPal Cash Plus account and paid with your balance, the refund will be credited back to your balance.
    If you paid using a credit card and your balance, the amount paid by credit card is refunded to your card. The remaining amount is refunded to your balance.
  5. Again, Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
