We encourage our clients to always plan ahead and place the orders within a time window in case a delay occurs.
Please speak with your sales rep or email us at sales@bellevueroses.com regarding your claim within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, your claim will not be accepted.
To process your claim, please provide us the following information on this form:
We need pictures of all the affected flowers (group shots from different angles so we can see all the issues you are seeing), also a picture of the box label (that describes the content of the box), and the stem count of all the affected flowers.
Process time: All refunds are reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours after the claim is received. If a refund needs to be issued, please expect it within 3-5 business days to be reflected on your bank statements.

Bellevue Roses is not responsible for problems during shipping from our farm to your door, including late deliveries caused by weather.
Availability Issues: Due to weather conditions, problems may occur. If this happens, we will contact you ASAP to offer replacements or process a refund
