Claims & Refunds Policy —Regular Season
Our priority is always to ship premium Ecuadorian flowers in optimal condition. While we take every measure to ensure timely and secure delivery, unforeseen transit delays may occasionally occur.
Please note that Bellevue Roses does not issue credits for carrier or transit delays, as these circumstances are beyond our control. We strongly encourage clients to plan ahead and place orders within an appropriate time window to accommodate potential shipping disruptions.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of product receipt by notifying your Sales Representative and copying accounting@bellevueroses.com. Claims reported after this period will not be considered.
Upon review of your notification, our Sales Team will forward our Claim Form (.doc) outlining the required information:
• Business name
• Invoice number and date or Online order in the case.
• Product information detailed: variety name, stem count & length.
• Reason for claim (with explanation) please be specific; not just “bad”- mold, brown, botrytis, or smashed.
• Full credit amount of claim.
• Minimum of 3 photographs of the product. These must demonstrate the problem and the number of stems impacted, with a close-up of the products and a larger clear view.
• Boxes labels photographs.

Process time
All refunds are checked and approved within at least 24-48 hours after receipt. Your claims are registered and processed along with others, please expect this time frame to have a notification from Accounting Department.
Bellevue Roses is not responsible for problems during shipping from our farm to yourdoor, including late deliveries caused by weather or acts of God.
Stock Issues:
Due to weather conditions, problems may occur. If this happens, we will contact you ASAP to check on replacements or do the refund in case. If a refund needs to be issued, please expect it within 3 business days to the same payment source.
• All refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
• Ask for your refund 48 hours after roses have arrived at your door, with proper photographic endorsements (as claim policy shows).
• If case on any duplicated orders with Stripe Payments: it will be processed within 2 business days to the same payment source

- Bellevue Roses™ makes every effort to fulfill your booking as confirmed; however, all orders are subject to grade, variety, and shipment date availability. Should any variety be unavailable at the time of processing, our team will promptly contact you to arrange an appropriate substitution.
- Credits must be received within 1 week.
- Although FedEx® typically delivers on schedule, Bellevue Roses™ is not responsible for carrier delays, particularly during high-demand seasons. We kindly encourage our clients to place orders well in advance to ensure timely arrival.
